Leading UK community pharmacy use ROCC to design, implement and support new IT SystemThe new unitary Authority of Cheshire West and Chester (CWAC) MedicX Pharmacy is a leading community pharmacy company that specialises in providing high quality clinical pharmacy services. With a de-merger from its parent Group earlier this year the focus is now on developing the business and implementing very ambitious expansion plans.
In September 2011, MedicX Pharmacy Ltd approached ROCC to re-design, implement and support a new IT system that would support their evolving business. They also wanted a seamless transition from the MedicX group IT system they used to their new system.
The new IT system was successfully implemented in October and ROCC will provide on-going support with further growth as new pharmacies are connected to the network.
