Andy
Cush, Managing Consultant
Andy Cush joined ROCC in 1988 after several years in the oil
exploration industry.
Andy has been closely involved with over 100 successful business
process improvement projects covering everything from Financial,
Education, NHS, and Commercial, to Utility, Local and Central
Government sectors. He has initiated and managed many innovative
projects varying from improving fraud detection within the NHS,
to management information solutions for local government. His
background in structured systems analysis together with a broad
business experience ensures that clients’ business objectives
are understood and exceeded by the ROCC team. |

Bob Adshead, Consultant
Bob joined
ROCC in 1999. He moved into commercial IT from the construction
industry where he had several technical and commercial roles in
the area of Computer Aided Design and Construction-related IT.
At ROCC, Bob
is responsible for development and support of ROCC's Contract
Documentation software used by Local Authority Engineering
Departments across the UK. He also manages several network
infrastructure projects for both Local Authority and commercial
customers and brings a business understanding to these
developments. |

Norman
Wood, RCG Non-Executive Director
Norman has over 30 years experience
in information and communication systems. His varied career
includes over 30 years in the Royal Navy where he rose to be
Commanding Officer of a Warship and Staff of Captain Naval
Operational Command Systems where he assessed competitive
tenders for weapon and sensor systems on behalf of the MOD. On
moving into the private sector Norman founded Crew Services and
with subsequent acquisitions grew it into a significant niche
Consultancy employing over 130 consultants. Subsequently
developed a range of further businesses ranging from acquiring
an IT Security specialist to being a major investor in an EIS
business developing a technologically superior brain probe.
Norman is an active Non-Executive
Director for a number of businesses and brings enormous
experience and expertise to the RCG team |

Andrew
Westhead, Consultant
Andrew joined RCG after
seven years working within a government department. Holding
qualifications in Business Administration and membership of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Andrew brings
together practical knowledge of business processes with his 10
years of IT experience.
Andrew is experienced in dealing with a broad range of issues
including process efficiency and organisational compliance.

Richard
Cutler, Consultant
Richard was Software Services Director of a systems integration
company before joining RCG in 2001. He managed the successful
development and implementation of an e-commerce site for a
London-based client selling intellectual property via the
Internet. He also managed the disaster recovery programme for a
City-based firm of solicitors after a bomb explosion in 1997.
As consultant at RCG, Richard applies his 23 years of IT and
senior management experience to a broad range of issues,
including business process management, data capture, process
analysis, workflow e-commerce and ERP applications.
Richard delivers
talks, articles and papers on concepts and project issues and
runs RCG’s programme of workshops for local authorities. |
