Aster Property Management orders ROCC IT solution for their housing repairs and maintenance service

Aster Property Management (APM), part of the Aster Group, has ordered ROCC’s Uniclass Enterprise® (UE) solution for the management of their housing repairs and maintenance service.

Through a range of comprehensive modules, ROCC’s UE solution provides Aster’s housing associations with a ‘total repair management’ solution from start to finish. The solution includes a contact centre, work planning module, purchasing and costing, a bonus system, and interfaces with other core systems as well as additional services and support.

APM is responsible for managing the Aster Group’s commercial activities including the maintenance and repair of homes owned by Group companies. The Aster Group provides homes and housing related services in central southern and south west England. Group companies have assets exceeding £420 Million, annual turnover of over £65 million and between them employ over 680 staff. The Group comprises of Sarsen, Testway, Mendip and Ridgeway housing associations.
