The Uniclass Waste Management software is a fully integrated solution designed to streamline the administration of waste management, kerbside collections, caretaking services and street cleansing operations.
The solution helps meet the challenges of improving frontline services cost effectively by providing up-to - date information on rounds, appointments, jobs, properties and assets. Uniclass Waste Management acts as a 'hub' through which all data flows and from which all reports are generated.

The ROCC mobile working solution allows current paper based processes to be replaced and enables rounds and jobs to be processed directly by the operational crews. This ensures that the organisation is completely up to date on the status of these when answering citizen queries and allows any remedial actions, such as resolving missed and contaminated bins, to be made whilst the rounds are still active.

The system comes complete with an integral Contact Centre for handling citizen enquires and work requests, alternatively it can plug into any corporate CRM.
The system can also integrate with the corporate finance system for commercial waste invoicing and weighbridge and DEFRA online system for waste dataflow management
