Brian
has over 15 years experience within award winning waste management and
environmental services and has participated in a range of working parties and
steering groups. He has extensive experience of contract preparation and
evaluation. He has spoken and contributed papers to a wide range of seminars and
conferences on environmental issues.
Brian Mayne has also held a number of voluntary positions such as vice chair of
the Local Authority Recycling Advisory Committee and chair of the environmental
charity Sustainable Wales. He is presently a member of the National Resource and
Waste Forum and a co-opted member of the centre council of CIWM Cymru.
He
is a Chartered Environmentalist and Chartered Waste Manager with a background
in, strategy, policy and operational management at a senior level within local
government.
Brian Mayne joined Forbury Environmental in March 2006. Prior to joining Forbury
he was the team leader for Service Improvement at Mouchel Parkman, within the
waste management business unit.
He
has a range of qualifications including a Master of Arts Degree in Environmental
Policy and Management and a Diploma in Marketing.
