Richard
Cutler joined ROCC in 2001 with a business development brief focussed on Local
Authorities. He also advises customers and project teams on the selection and
deployment of IT to improve business processes.
Richard’s
experience in IT goes back to 1981. He worked as an analyst programmer before
managing customer support and development teams and public and private sector
accounts.
Richard delivers talks, articles and papers on concepts and project issues and
runs workshops for local authorities. |
