ROCC Helpdesk Team Growing Again

As ROCC business continues to expand with new contract wins and with our business wide drive to improve customer service, including options for extended support cover for clients we have once again recruited new staff to our customer service team.

Technical Director Peter Luck comments ‘Although we only recently took on new projects and customer service staff we felt the time was right to expand again so we could continue to improve our service levels and offer extended support options to our clients and therefore I’m pleased to once again be welcoming new members of staff to the team’
