ROCC Helpdesk Review 2014

Although we increased our customer base and therefore increased the number of support calls coming to our helpdesk, we still managed to maintain our policy of continuous improvement and achieved better statistics than 2013.

I'm extremely proud of our whole customer service team and the fantastic review of last year shows how all staff at ROCC are dedicated to providing the best possible experience to our customers.
