The software supports working with contractors of all sizes and types and ensures all paperwork such as work tickets and purchase orders are automatically generated and digitally transferred between the housing association and the contractor.

Contractors working with housing associations that have deployed the Uniclass housing repairs management solution are able to receive and complete work via email, SMS, integration to their existing systems via our API’s or using the ROCC Uniclass Contractor Portal.
